Group Neckerchief
The 1st Cathays Al-Huda neckerchief is a defining part of our uniform and identity. Finished in deep green with a yellow-gold trim, its design has remained unchanged since the group’s founding in 2006.
Worn with pride, the neckerchief represents belonging, tradition and shared values. It is an essential item for all members and serves as a visible link between generations of young people who have passed through the group.
Starter Badges
This pack includes the Membership Award, Wales shoulder badges, District badge and Group Name Tape.
Members will continue to earn badges throughout their scouting journey which can be sewn onto their uniforms to display their achievements.
A clear uniform placement guide is provided below, illustrating where each badge should be worn. This ensures consistency across the group and helps new families settle confidently into Scouting from the outset.
